DRYWALL PARTITIONING:

  • Drywall partitioning is an effective method of dividing area in industrial, commercial and residential spaces.
  • Drywall partitioning is quick and effective to install with little mess.
  • Drywall partitioning uses a galvanised steel track and stud system clad with 12mm plasterboard giving a 30 minute fire rating.
  • Higher fire rating time can be achieved at 60 and 120 minutes by cladding the steel track and stud system with 12 or 15mm Firestop boards.
  • The different fire ratings are achieved by using combinations of the system which varies the sound insulation properties as well.
  • Fire rated partitionings are utilized between different tenant spaces, as server rooms. fire baffels and between factory and office areas to name but a few applications, checking your insurance company requirements is always a good option.
  • Different partitioning systems have a range of acoustic ratings to suite the clients needs including the use of Soundbloc boards to up the rating.
  • Drywall partitioning can serve as a secure wall by the addition of galvanised steel sheeting fitted within the system.
  • Aluminium door and glazing sections create custom made sized opening to suite the clients needs.
  • Glass view panels are a great way to bring natural light in.
  • An array of different types of doors can be used with the drywall partitioning system, from varying heights and widths of timber doors to glazed aluminium or sliding doors, to suit the clients needs.
  • Drywall partitioning can be finished with paint, wallpaper, soundproofing or decorative panels.

CEILINGS AND BULKHEADS:

  • Suspended ceilings are made up of a 1200 x 600 or 600 x 600mm exposed modular grid system that can be used in office, retail and warehouse spaces. 
  • They are hung from the concrete slabs and roof structures and are predominantly used to create a clean finished look as well as to hide unsightly services like electrical cables, air-conditioning ducting etc, they provide insulation and soundproofing properties.
  • The modular grid system can be finished with a variety of ceiling tile options ranging from:

    - Acoustic Minery Fibre Tiles

    - Gypsum Vinyl Clad Tiles

    - Calcium Silicate Tiles

    - Acoustic Timber Tiles

  • Flush plastered ceilings are made up of either a concealed grid work system hung from concrete slabs and roof structures or Steel Brandering hung below timber trusses to which either 6mm, 9mm or 12mm gypsum plasterboards are fixed.
  • Flush plastered ceilings are finished with either skimmed joints or a full skimmed smooth surface, ready for painting.
  • The system can be used to create a contemporary modern look and used to hide unsightly services and roof or slab structures.
  • There are a number of cornice options from moulded cornice profiles to varying shadow line trims.
  • Bulkheads of different shapes and types can be installed to suite your space and design concept:

    - L-Shaped

    - U-Shaped

    - Double or Tripple Step

    - Light Trough

    - etc.

These can be used as a feature in a room and with the addition of lights a masterpiece of elegance and style can be created in a space.

  • Isoboard ceilings are used in retail, commercial, industrial and residential homes as insulated ceilings in our harsh South African conditions.
  • Isoboard can have the following finishes:

    - Beveld Edge

    - Grooved

    - Isopine

    - Flush

It is available in different thicknesses dependant on the thermal requirements. The tongue and groove edge profiles allow adjacent boards to interlock creating a continuous insulated surface.

  • Isoboard is not affected by water and can be successfully used in bathrooms, kitchens and indoor swimming pool areas.

TOILET CUBICLE PARTITIONS:

  • Toilet Cubicle System is flexible and adaptable to customer configurations and requirements. It is economical and quick to install.
  • The T1 System is lightweight and durable. It is constructed from various substrates encased in natural anodized aluminium channels and combined with functional accessories make it an aesthetically pleasing product. Neat and hygienic they come in a variety of colours and shades in Melawood or Formica.
  • The T2 System is a superior quality modular system that is frameless, robust, durable and vandal resistant toilet cubicle partition system. It is constructed with 12mm high pressure laminated board. The neat and hygienic double side facings are water resistant. A variety of colours including woodgrain options are available. They are low maintenance, vandal resistant, rodent resistant with a height adjustable feet system.

SHOPFRONTS:

  • The correct choice of shopfront can also significantly raise the value of your property. Aluminium and glass require little maintenance. Available in a wide range of powder coated colours and anodised finish. Glazed partitions/shopfronts are a great option for any workspace, creating a modern and functional look. We install fixed shopfronts, sliding doors, folding-stacking doors, hinged doors, aluminium windows (sliding, fixed pane, side hung sash, top hung sash.)

Acoustics:

  • We offer creative and modern acoustic solutions in the form of Ceiling Canopies and Ideatec Acoustic Wall Cladding.
  • Selecta Ceiling Canopies are fleeced-lined light glasswool absorber panels 40mm thick, measuring from 1100 x 1100mm up to 2400 x 1100mm.
  • They can be freely combined for highly expressive geometrics.
  • Suspended with ceiling attachments and cables, they open up countless options for creative acoustic solutions beneath almost any structure.
  • Ideatec Timber Wall Cladding is an aesthetically pleasing product, for places requiring an enhanced acoustic ambience.
